PEXATECH - SYNTHETIC / FICTIONAL OUTPUT SAMPLE
https://pexatech.com.au/sample-output

All invoice details are invented. Example Office Supplies is a fictional
supplier. These files were authored to illustrate output formats. The PDF
contains real selectable text; it was not scanned or processed by production
OCR. This is not a client record, OCR benchmark, service-quality result,
promised delivery format or tested accounting-system import template.
The amount is fictional and is not a service price or payment request.

FILES (keep these together after extracting the ZIP)
fictional-output-sample/
DOC-0042.pdf One-page, searchable, authored invoice illustration
invoice-fields.csv One document row, with headers; UTF-8, comma-separated
README.txt This guide and field dictionary

TRY THE PDF
Open DOC-0042.pdf in a PDF reader. Use its Find command (usually Ctrl+F or
Cmd+F) for INV-000742. Select and copy that reference and compare it with
the visible page. Finding text in this PDF does not test OCR recognition or
whether another system can search across an entire archive.

TRY THE CSV
Use your spreadsheet's text/CSV import flow. Set customer_code and
invoice_number to Text BEFORE loading; preserve customer_code as 000619.
CSV has no column types. Quotation marks alone do not prevent a spreadsheet
from stripping leading zeros. Check the value after import and re-export.
Use a decimal type for amount_due; display two decimal places if needed.
The date is ISO YYYY-MM-DD. Choose a date type only if your import supports
that format; otherwise preserve it as text for mapping later.

TRACE THE ROW
source_file is DOC-0042.pdf, in the same folder as the CSV. source_page is 1.
The filename is a stable example document ID. It is different from the
invoice_number printed on the page. The source fields are references, not
spreadsheet hyperlink formulas. Open the named PDF to compare the values.

line-item extraction. Agree real fields, exceptions, review responsibilities,
filenames and destination import requirements for your own project.
