Overview

Pexatech provides logistics document scanning for transport operators, freight forwarders, 3PLs and warehouses that still run on signed paperwork. We scan proof of delivery (POD) forms, consignment notes, delivery dockets, freight invoices and customs paperwork in batches planned for the project. Each document is indexed by the fields you choose, such as consignment number, date and receiver, and AI data extraction pulls amounts, ABNs and line items from freight invoices into CSV, JSON or Excel. When a customer disputes a delivery, your team searches for the signed POD instead of digging through boxes of dockets.

How We Digitise PODs and Freight Paperwork

We discuss handling requirements and the fields you need, such as consignment number, delivery date, receiver, carrier and amount. Once your dockets and PODs arrive, we scan them in agreed batches, with preparation requirements discussed for creased or damaged sheets. Google Vision OCR and AI auto-classification separate PODs, consignment notes, freight invoices and customs paperwork. AI data extraction captures the fields, manual sampling QA checks critical ones, and data is delivered as CSV, JSON or Excel or sent to SAP, Oracle or your own system.
