Pexatech's scanned document integration service is for businesses that want data from paper documents to land in Xero, MYOB, SAP, Oracle or their own software without anyone retyping it. We build custom REST or GraphQL connectors that send scanned data to your systems, including custom and legacy software. If you would rather import the data yourself, we deliver CSV, JSON or Excel files instead. Discuss your preferred destination for the scanned files, along with processing and access requirements, before providing records.

How System Integration Works

We start by looking at the system you want the data in, whether that is Xero, MYOB, SAP, Oracle or custom legacy software, and the fields it needs. Documents are then scanned, processed with OCR and run through AI data extraction. We build a custom REST or GraphQL connector to send the extracted data into your system, or deliver CSV, JSON or Excel files for import. Scanned documents are stored in the location you choose.
