Pexatech's document data extraction services are for finance, admin and operations teams who spend hours keying details from paper into spreadsheets and systems. AI auto-classification first sorts each document by type, then AI data extraction captures dates, amounts, names, ABNs and line items. Critical fields are checked by manual sampling QA. Basic indexing of 2–4 fields adds $0.04 per page, full metadata of 5+ fields adds $0.12 per page, and advanced AI OCR with verified extraction adds $0.08 per page. Output arrives as CSV, JSON or Excel, or goes directly into your systems.

How Data Extraction Works

First we agree which fields you need, such as supplier name, ABN, invoice date, total and line items, and how they should be named in the output. Documents are scanned and processed with OCR, then AI auto-classification sorts them by type so the right fields are captured from each. AI data extraction pulls out the values, and critical fields are manually sampled against the source page. You receive CSV, JSON or Excel files, or the data is sent to your systems through a custom connector.
