For paper records, scanning creates the page images and Google Vision AI OCR adds recognised text. Standard OCR creates a searchable PDF and adds $0.02 per page to the scanning price. If you already have PDFs or images, describe their formats, volume and current searchability so suitability and processing requirements can be assessed before you share files. Selected-field extraction is a separate output: Advanced AI OCR adds $0.08 per page for agreed values to review. These add-on amounts are AUD, ex-GST; agree the fields, output format and review requirements before work begins.

First describe your source material and how the output will be used. Paper records need scanning; existing files need assessment before the processing scope is agreed. OCR recognises text in page images and places that text behind the image in a searchable PDF. Agree representative checks and manual review requirements. If you need CSV, JSON or Excel output, specify the selected fields and source references separately from searchable PDF conversion.
